Ghost FP+ Question

I currently have 6 FP+ showing in my MDE. I can't remember which ones I changed it to and which are ghosts, how do I tell?
If all 6 are still in the MDE when we are there, can I use them all?

The ones that appear when you click to modify your FP+ are real.
