We have a $25 Ghiradelli gift card we would like to use on our upcoming trip. Any issues using them at the California Adventure shop?

No problems at all. We have used Ghirardelli gift cards at the DCA Ghirardelli many times.

FYI - you can use a Ghiradelli card but not a Disney card.
