I read somewhere that Ghiardelli's have a new hot fudge sauce, a dark chocolate one. While I love them in general, I thought their milk chocolate hot fudge mixed too fast with the ice cream. I hope the new sauce is true. I love the contrast of the less sweet sauce against the sweetness of the ice cream.
