It's not a buffet, you'll order from a menu just like anywhere else. I don't know why they call it preplated, makes it sound as if they make up all the plates in the morning and plop them down in front of you as you are seated, LOL.
Disney Dining has the menu if you want to call. I remember some of it, but not all.

strawberry soup
house salad
Entree:
prime rib w/mashed potatoes
herb marinated tofu
shrimp and proscuitto penne pasta
roast pork
chicken breast
Dessert:
plate of assorted mini desserts to be shared
Kids Meals:
appetizer: veggies and ranch dip
entrees: chicken strips or pasta w/meatball
