Hi - we are deciding whether to have our reception at the GF Whitehall Room or Ariels.

My partner is worried about the monorail being so close to the patio at the Whitehall Room. Also - does anyone know how many it seats?

Does anyone have any pictures of the whitehall room?

I really like the idea of having the ceremony at the WP then everyone walking over to the Whitehall room.

I want to eat inside, then go outside on the patio for fireworks and come back inside for dancing and DJ etc.

does anyone know what time the fireworks are in magic kingdom around April/May?

Any one who has had their reception at the whitehall room or ariels please get in touch.

Also - i am a bit worried about the weather in April/May does anyone have any advice?

thanks - please help :bride:

My reception will be at Ariels, in Nov, but I thought there was a post earlier saying that Ariels would not be an option after 2006? Not sure if that is reliable or not.

Hi,
Alison is right, Ariels will not be availible in 2006. As far as the Whitehall room goes, I am thinking of it as well. It holds 40 comfortably, you can have more if you have dinner outside and dancing inside, which is what we might do. The monorail is right there, so that is a consideration. As far as fireworks, in April /May "whishes" will be probably at 9 but could be anywhere from 8-11, depending on the night (weekends/hoildays). I am an April bride myself and I picked it partly bc of the weather, not to hot yet! There is a chance of rain, it is Florida but less chance than the end of may. Hope that helps! :)
