GF RPC question

i have been looking into staying at the GF RPC. so far, i have been quoted rack room rates (no AAA discount or PIN code discount) for every date i have asked about. i have also been only quoted rates that did not reflect "value" time (even if those dates were during the less busy "value" time).

does anyone know if the GF RPC ever has any rates associated with it which are less expensive than rack room rates? i would really like to stay there for our anniversary, but so far the rates i have been quoted seem 3 times the rates of other disney deluxe concierge resorts.

any and all information will be appreciated. :goodvibes

You must be trying to book into 2009 and I guess those rates aren't out yet.

RPC falls under the same rates/seasons as the rest of the GF. It also qualifies for AP rates b/c I've gotten a Passholder rate during Value season there ::yes:: So try not to worry...

Check out this link to this year's pricing and seasons. http://www.allearsnet.com/acc/faq_gf.htm Look for "Standard room, Club Level" or "Deluxe Room, Club Level" not "Sugarloaf, club level" or "Outer Lodge, club level" if you want RPC/Main Bldg. :thumbsup2

Good luck.

Hi, we stay RPC often and USUALLY I can get a discount:wizard: ...either AAA (which seems to be offered more often than annual pass discounts) or the annual pass rates.:)

There are only a very limited number of discounted rooms so you have to book early and watch for the discounts to come out, call back asap and have the discount applied to your room if possible...you have to be quick.:thumbsup2

I have a GREAT TA that was on top of the situation for me and found my whole summer (JULY 4th season - 2 weeks) stay for annual pass rates. I had it booked oriiginally with the AAA discount and then when annual pass rates became available she snagged them for me...many people were left in the dust. I was thrilled to have the great rates!:cool1:

During our Easter stay in RPC we paid rack rate. There were no discounts due to it being PEAK season. Last November for our 10 night Thanksgiving stay we had a discount, also. It can be done.:goodvibes

The AAA rates for 2009 have not come out yet. I would suggest you book thru a TA. I can recommend an awesome one that will definitely get you a discount if it's available.

Good luck! PM me if you'd like the TA info.:goodvibes
