Thank you, CaliforniaDreaming, your response was most helpful.
Can you tell me if they have bottled water, and is it in glass or plastic bottles?

Yes, they do have water. However, it is in glass 1 liter bottles. There are plastic bottles of water in the minibars, however they are expensive (I think $4 or $5).

We are staying there in two weeks, and I will post when I return. Do you have any other questions that you want me to check out while I am there?

MJS, thank you for your offer that is very kind.
I can only think of two questions as of right now (I am sure I will think of more later), is the tea they have loose (I personally prefer loose tea because it is less bitter)? And, what floor is the lounge on?

Thanks again.

I will let you know what kind of tea they have at the RPC. The food lounge is on the fourth floor and guest services is on the third.

We have also stayed at the YC concierge and really enjoyed it.
