GF question......yes I've searched

I've emailed Special Diets twice and they haven't replied, so before I start calling people thought I would check here.

I know I have read that given a few days notice LeCellier made GF Cheddar Cheese soup. Can anyone confirm that recently?

Also, I have my daughter signed up for the Perfectly Princess Tea Party, which is a set menu. What is the best way to make sure the chef knows that it is the child that is GF so they can be prepared?

Hi! I can't confirm either of those (and most likely no one else on here can either). I would make the call- here are the numbers I have found that should help!

For Le Cellier, I would call the "special reservations" number 407-934-7639 or 407-939-7670 and ask for the chef's number. Either that or call 407-939-3463 to talk to a CM and ask to put a note on the reservation to have the chef give you a call. This worked for me for The Wave at the Contemporary and Grand Floridian Cafe at the GF- the chef called me within the next week.

For the Princess Tea Party I would call the GF concierge number - (407) 824-3000 and ask to speak to the chef that prepares food for the tea. They should at least be able to get you to the voicemail for the chef, if you can't talk in-person.
