GF - Poly early morning

We have a 7.30am PS for Ohanas and wondered what time the monorail starts between resorts. We will be up early and jetlagged and would like to stroll around the resort before breakfast if possible.

The Resort Monorail starts service at 7:00am. Actual arrival time of the first train may vary... it all depends on how late the morning safety checks run. They're usually done by 7:00, however, in the case of a technical difficulty, they have been known to run a few minutes later.

You could also walk over if you're in the mood for a stroll. It's a lovely walk along the lake and takes perhaps 15 minutes. The path starts near the newer slide pool at the GF. That way you could start over as early as you want. I love both resorts in the early am...so beautiful and peaceful each in its' own way.

I'm with BCV23. It's a beautiful walk, I'd say about 3/4 mile, 10-15 minutes. (Also great for jogging.) Don't miss it! I'd recommend it even if you had no business at the Polynesian. You couldn't pay me to take the monorail GF-PR in the morning.

I was hoping someone would say you could walk- at least it's not going to be too hot at that hour of the morning, and I know we'll be awake really early, so that will make a lovely start to the day!
