Last week when I made all of our ADR's the website wasn't working so a CM reserved them over the phone. Since then, I've seen talk of mentioning allergies on the reservation, but I don't see a place to do so for our reservations through MDE. It's only me who will need GF.

Is it necessary to list? If so, am I overlooking where to do it, or do I need to call? Thanks!

1) Always list dietary issues on the ADR.
2) Yes, you can bring it up when you are seated.
3) But, a lot of time is saved by the chef knowing to come out.
4) If you wait until at the eatery, the chef might be busy elsewhere.
5) In such a case, you could delay the dietary person's meal by 20-30 minutes.

Well that doesn't sound fun! I'll make sure I add it to the reservations then. Is there a place to do that on MDE, or will I have to call?

EDIT: Not that calling is awful to do... our kids don't know about the trip so I'd have to wait to call until they're in bed or at school ;)

Is there a way to add it to an existing ADR on the website? I ask because I made an ADR the other day for my family, forgot to add the wheelchair to one ressie, and tried to go back in online and add it, couldn't figure it out. We're 180 days out, so I was able to cancel the ADR and re-book it with the wheelchair added, but for some ressies, for the OP, that may not be possible.
