GF Dinner reservation, Electric Water Parade and Christmas fireworks...?

Our first day of arrival (staying at POR) is my wife's bday and I have a reservation at Grand Floridian Cafe for the family at 7:10pm. She would like to stay at GF someday, so thought this would be a fun (and cheaper)surprise. That night is MVMCP at MK so I thought we could stick around GF and watch the fireworks and also catch the Electric Water Parade which we've never seen. I then want to do a loop on the monorail through Epcot just because we can. So questions:
1. Best place at GF to watch the fireworks?
2. Do they pipe in the music for the special party fireworks?
3. What time are the fireworks on party nights and what time does the Water Parade come by GF (on party nights?)
4. Will probably be done with dinner in about an hour (3 kids so we won't be taking our time), should we ride the monorail over to Epcot first or wait for fireworks and water parade?

1. You can see the Electrical Water Pageant and MK fireworks
from the boat-dock and an outside observation deck near Narcoossee's restaurant at the
Grand Floridian. Anyone can stand on Narcoossee's Deck.
The outside deck is not a part of the actual restaurant. (All serving is done inside.)
The deck is accessed from the sidewalk outside the restaurant.
Also, good viewing from the Patio overlooking the Marina.

2. The sound of the show is piped into these areas too.

3a. 9:30PM.

3b. 9:15PM.

4. Likely you won't be out of the restaurant in just an hour. Regardless...
I'd not want to try to make that multi-monorail trip at that time of night.
You didn't mention the DATE you will be doing this, so I don't know what time Epcot will close, perform IllumiNations, or offer PM EMH. Those factors will heavily affect the monorail situation.
