GF Construction: What is this?

I am doing my standard GF construction analysis and stumbled upon this gray, square "hole" in the ninth image on the web page linked below.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what it is. There's nothing about it on the site plans. At first, I thought it was a pool, but then I realized it would be way too shallow. Then, I wondered if it could be a tennis court, but the pipes have bewildered me. Does anyone know what this could be?

My only guess is could it be the splash pad for the kids? That would explain the pipes.

Are they pipes, or something else? I don't know what, they just don't look like pipes to me. I agree it looks like a tennis court.

Looks like a splash pad to me. Seems the shape would be completely the wrong shape for a tennis court. The pipes are probably just roughed in stand pipes that would be cut down and fitted with proper fittings once the surfacing had been completed. Just my best guess though.

ETA: OOPs sorry, I miscounted and was referring to the 10th photo (the one with the curvy outlines). No idea what the rectangular pad could be.

Isn't that the big white looking area? But that is past the main pool from the new Villas. I guess it could be that rectangle otherwise. Or maybe that will just be a small building for check in or luggage or something?
