GF Concierge- have things improved recently?

I have followed reviews of the concierge at the GF and have read a number of negative ones from stays within the last year. Has anyone heard any recent reviews?

We were there this past December and everything was fine. The staff was personable and PS were not a problem.

They couldn't have gotten much worse from when i staye there a few years ago now. But since Georgina is no longer the GM of the GF, I think we're going to slowly see some improvements.

I'm also wondering what will happen to Nikki's lease for the GF Spa when that comes up for renewal...and I wouldn't be suprised to see it not renewed. You don't get sued by your employees for unfair labor practices and end up paying out quite a bit and let it fall under Disney's radar for long.

oh my ducklite!! If they decided not to renew then they would have to find a replacement to take over all of the salons on property.

I didn't hear the GM had changed. That is interesting news.

I have always wanted to try the Grand, but decided after the epidemic of bad reports, reflecting what seemed like indifferent customer service, I decided I'd wait for a management change.

I'll be interested to read more reports, especially from concierge, in the next few months.

I'm sure that wouldn't be too difficult--Steiner comes right to mind as one of the first ones waiting in line
