GF Club Level question

When we've stayed CL at AKL, we've always gotten a call from the Concierge staff to go over our reservations and answer any questions we might have.
We're 65 days out from of GF Club stay, but have not heard from a Concierge yet.
Anyone know if and when we should expect that?

I have booked in CL at Grand Floridian and when booking it was made clear to me that I had to make contact with them.. I don't know if that was because I am a UK booking. Am very curious to know and will update if they contact me.
