GF Club level Christmas

I have a bounce back reservation at the GF the weekend before Christmas Thursday-Monday. Been calling to try and get Bounce back offer to move up to club level but no luck. Can any Grand or Poly regulars give insight on to tips and whether it’s the same staying during this Peak time? Is club level value higher during this hectic time? Thanks!
