My boys are on a special diet and can't have wheat or dairy products. Are there any possibilities for them at the parks? TIA for all help.

we have had a few threads like yours in the past.

the peeps that had the special dietary needs contacted the park for advanced information.

they were issued the info that was requested.

contact guest services and let them know what you need for your family.
it might take a few days for the information to be gathered for them to send to you.

some of the restaurants in the park, city walk and the hotels can be contacted directly.

i'll try to pull up some of the past threads later this weekend.

i do remember some past trip reports had sections in them that contained the special dietary needs.

We just spent the last 2 days at Universal, had a great time. We called the guest services line and asked about the dietary special needs. They were very helpful. We had lunch at Finnegans at Universal on Monday, very accomodating. They fixed burgers(without buns) and fried french fries in a separate clean oil, and even brought one of my boys some pickles. :cheer2: They were extremely nice. The food was very good. We didn't eat at IOA, so I can't help there. The TM at guest services said a sit down restaurant would be able to accomodate the special dietary needs easier. Finnegan's even had a Gluten Free Menu, so all we had to do was make sure to leave off the dairy. I hope you have a great time. We sure did!:woohoo:

That is great!!! Thanks for the info. This makes my planning so much easier. Glad you had a great time. We'll be there 12/2-8.
