Getting to WDW from Sheridan Vistana

We are staying at the Sheridan Vistana. We have a 2 bedroom villa. This is a timeshare exchange and we are lucky to get it. But anyone staying there with a timeshare exchange has to pay for shuttle service to WDW. They want $7 per person round trip, which I think is very expensive, since there are 7 of us. Can you get a discounted parking pass if you buy for the week. Or does anyone have any other suggestions.

Rent a minivan or 2 cars. Airport transfers and the shuttle cost will cost more.

We will have our own transportation. We are driving from Indiana. I was just hoping there would be complementary shuttle service back and forth from the parks. We have a couple of young children with us and it would have been nice for one of us to take one back if they got tired or cranky. Maybe I should be talking about Grandpa getting tired and cranky and using one of the grandkids as an excuse to head back and vege at the pool.

We are there for a week, but only plan on getting a 4 day park hopper. Would like to take advantage of the resort and some of the other things in the area. Maybe even drive over to Cocoa Beach for the day.

I am really looking forward to this trip, but want to make it as hassle free as I can. No big plans, just day to day fun.
