Getting to the Hoop Dee Doo on time

Our flight is arriving in Orlando at 2:35 p.m. We will be using a towncar service with a grocery store stop and then checking in to the Caribbean Beach. I made reservations for the 7:15 Hoop Dee Doo but now I'm wondering if we can make it in time. They ask that we arrive 30 min. ahead of time. Any thoughts?

At the earliest I think you will arrive at the hotel around 5pm.

I would suggest calling the FD a few days before your arrival, explain the situation. They have a bell services van and should be able to take you to the HDD. If you have to speak to a manager but they should be able to do this. 407-934-3400

Normally using Disney transportation this takes atleast an hour.
Bus to MK then a boat to FW.

We were in the same situation as you and we decided to cancel. There were 9 of us and I was not willing to loose all that money if for some reason our plane was delayed. With the 48 hour cancellation policy, we weren't willing to take the chance. Choose a later day of our vacation.
