Getting to the Dollar Cars with Luggage

If I remember correctly, I can rent one of the luggage carts and bring it to the rental counter and then out to the cars. Is this correct? It will be me with my 4yo and (knowing me) lots of luggage. How much are the carts to rent?

That's what we do. The carts are $3.00.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure. I've never rented a car myself before--my DH usually has to worry about that sort of thing. Since it will just be me and my son I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. Are the elevators in obvious places?
