Getting to the Boardwalk

My sister and I are going to WDW, staying at CSR in just over a month for 7 nights. We went to the Boardwalk last time but we had a rental car so we just drove. This time we aren't goign to have a car and we would really like to go to the Boardwalk. Can someone let me know how I can get there? We would prefer not to walk but if that's the only option we'll certainly walk.

A couple of options:

1. Bus to MGM and then boat to Boardwalk.
2. If you are at Epcot, exit through the International Gateway and then walk or boat to Boardwalk.

You can also take the bus to Downtown Disney and then take the Boardwalk bus from there.

You can take a cab directly to the Boardwalk.

You absolutely should not even think about walking from Coronado Springs to the Boardwalk. It looks close but it's not and crossing over World Drive on Buena Vista Drive will be literally taking your life in your own hands. I'm not even sure there are sidewalks along that way.

Either take the DTD bus and change to a BW bus when you get there or, even better, take a bus to DHS where you can hop on a Friendship boat or walk to the BW. Walking is faster but not as much fun; and the walk from DHS to BW is much shorter that the one from Epcot since you don't have to traipse through Future World and the World Showcase.
