Getting to resort restaurants

Can someone give me a link or info- I wonder which restaurants are easily accessible to which parks(mainly MK and DHS)? I know Polynesian Ohanas and Kona are on monorail, and Chef Mickeys too, which I do have ADR for.

Is there a boat to 'Poly' also? I thought I read that, and if so how do I get there?

Is there any that are easy to get to from DHS? I dont see any place I really want to go in DHS but thought may consider leaving and returning for late lunch/early dinner.

All the restaurants at the Epcot resorts (Yacht Club, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin) are within a 20 minute boat ride or walk from DHS.

I have seen an interactive transportation website somewhere, but I can't find it.

If you're at the studios, there is a boat that takes you to the Boardwalk/Yatch and Beach Club/Swan and Dolphin area, if you don't want to eat at the park.

Getting from one resort to another is pretty time consuming, unless they're on the monorail. You have to treat the parks as "hubs" - for instance, if you wanted to go, say, from the Poly to the Yatch Club, you would go to the Magic Kingdom and take the Yatch Club resort bus.

The boat from the MK to the Poly (which also goes to the GF) is just outside the exit to the MK, not too far from the monorail entrance.

There is also a different boat which will take you to the WL from MK, in case you wanted to visit any of the restaurants there.
