Getting to Poly from Pop

We have a breakfast reservation at Kona Cafe at 8:45am, and was wondering the best way to get there from POP? It's my first time being the planner.

If you are taking disney transportation, take the MK bus from Pop to MK and then either take the resort monorail to the Poly or the ferry boat to the TTC and walk to Poly. The only other choice is to take a cab or drive.

As of right now, the resort monorail does not start running until 8:30 AM and sometimes is even a bit later than that, so I would plan on taking either the boat to the Poly or the Ferry to TTC and walk to Poly.

True, but before 8:30 there are buses running from the monorail resorts to/from MK.
