Getting to Orlando Premium Outlets?

Can anyone tell me about the complimentary on-site transportation from DTD hotels to the Orlando Premium Outlets Stores? We're actually staying a OKW, but if we can get to a participating hotel, can we still use the transportation?

Anyone have any info on the schedule? Thanks!

I did see that, and I'm hoping to find additional information on the "Maingate Transportation: Complimentary round trip transportation to Orlando Premium Outlets from select Lake Buena Vista hotels. For reservations and information, call (407) 390-0000 ext. 2." part. I did call the number for more info, but the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Anyone used this service?
