Getting to 'Ohana Character B'fast

We're staying off site this visit thanks to a friend's timeshare points! We have a Stitch breakfast (@ 'Ohana) ADR at 7:30 on a day that we'll be going to the Magic Kingdom (which opens at 9:00). My plan is that we'd park at the TTC and then either walk over to the Poly or take the resort monorail to the Poly. After breakfast, we'd just take the resort monorail to the Magic Kingdom.

But my question is, what time does the TTC open for parking? Will we be able to get in around 7:00-7:15 or so?

(I asked this on the transportation board about 3 weeks ago and never got a response so I figured I'd try over here.)

I am not sure exactly what time TTC opens, but probably around 7 AM because Crystal Palace takes breakfast reservations beginning at 8 AM. We had reservations for 8:05 last time we were there and probably arrived at TTC about 7:30 and had no problems.
