Getting to MK train tour with ECV

Hi, I have to be at the MK at 7:15 for the train tour. The park opens at nine. My dad will have his scooter and we dont have a rental car. Is there a way to get there? Can I take the character breakfast bus?

Yes, be out at the bus stop at 6:30AM. Take the MK bus (it starts before 6:30). All WDW busses are capable of taking an ECV.

Thank you very much. My dad will probably be ready to go at 4:30 am.

It is possible as the second time I took the tour, someone was there with an ECV, though I'm not sure how they got there. Each time I took the tour, we took a cab. Actually, going to do it again in June. Again, taking a cab.
