Being forced to listen to Christmas music for 12 hours a day at work from Thanksgiving to Christmas, I have developed a deep hatred of many many Christmas songs. "Simply having a wonderful Christmastime" by John Lennon makes me want to scream. But I still love all the more religious songs (which they don't play at work, thankfully) - O Come All Ye Faithful, We Three Kings, etc. My favorite of that class is definitely O Holy Night.

I also LOVE the version God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman/We Three Kings by Sarah McLachlan and the BareNaked Ladies, Christmas by Blues Traveler and most stuff by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

But my favoritest favorite of all is Mary's Boy Child/Oh My Lord by Boney M. Lots of good childhood memories tied up in that one.

what's the name of the song that has a bunch of christmas songs all rolled into one?? i heard it a lot this week. does anyone know who sings it and what the name is?
