Getting to HHI from Boston?

For those of you from the Greater Boston area, what have you found is the best way to fly from either Logan or T.F.Green to the Savannah/Hilton Head area? DH does not mind driving for a few hours to get from the airport to HHI.

We normally drive to HHI, but I had to leave on an emergency once and flew Delta from Savannah to Logan. Savannah is a small airport - it reminded me of Manchester NH. The airport is about a 40 minute drive for a Bostonian. Everyone else seems to take an hour. LOL
