As a crazy-planner, I am trying to figure the very best way to travel through the parks at RD. For one of our AK days, I want to RD Everest first. It looks like I can jet through Dinoland, cross a bridge, and walk up to Everest. About 8 years ago we tried this and that route was closed (I can't remember if there was not access or if access was blocked). It this a viable route these days or should I pick a more well-trodden path?

Agree with ENJDisneyFan, I got into AK on my last trip a little after rope drop and we were still some of the first people on Everest. Everyone runs to Pandora!

This is one of THE all-time most-asked-questions about DAK (before Pandora.)

Dinoland route is closer to the EE MOUNTAIN, but the Asia route is closer to the EE ENTRANCE line.
Since the EE line forms to the west of the entrance, guests arriving via Dinoland route and trying to get in line,
must first walk PAST all of the guests that have already arrived and are in line.

Robo, thank you so much! That makes perfect sense. I shall follow the Asia crowd (small though it may be) and get right into line.
