This may be a silly question, but since I know WS in Epcot doesn't open until around 11am or so usually, if I drop my dd off at the YC/BC for the Albatross Cruise will they let me in the International Gateway, or do I need to take a bus to the front of the park? Also, are the Friendship boats running at that time, and if so, could we take one of those to get in?

They will let you in the International Gateway. The WS won't be open. You will walk through Britain and Canada to reach Future World.

And I believe the Friendship boats are running, but if they go to the Boardwalk before Epcot you'd be better off walking to the IG.

It would be quicker for you to walk from the YC/BC marina to EPCOT then to take the boat. The boat stops at the YC/BC, then the BW and finally on to EPCOT. You can walk in about 5-10 minutes.
The International Gateway will be open but the bridge to France will be roped off. The Great Britain and Canada pavilions will also be closed but you can definitely walk through this area to get to FW.

Thanks so much! I just wanted to be sure, I had read things about people paying for taxis to get to the front of the park, so I needed to ask for peace of mind. Thanks again!
