Getting to BoG for a 4 pm res. with parade

We got a 4 pm res at BoG on the day we arrive. I would like to relax at the hotel until the last minute (bucket list stay at poly) how can we best get past the parade if we arrive at the gates of MK around 3.

Go thru the shops on the right side (as you are entering) on Main Street. Then take the path to the right of the castle and walk up and around past Winnie the Pooh and on over to BoG.

Thanks maxiesmom! I usually like to stroll up Main Street when we first arrive...but you can't have everything! Lol. And the last time we were there fantasyland was under construction!
