Getting to Blizzard Beach from AK or EPCOT

We are trying to do have a character breakfast before our day at Blizzard Beach and are trying to decide between Donald's Bkfst Safari at AK or the Princess Breakfast in Norway. Is there any easy way to get to Blizzard Beach from AK or EPCOT? Is there a direct bus or do we need to go to TTC? TIA

You would NEVER go to TTC -- there are absolutely no direct buses from TTC to the water parks.

From AK, after about 11 a.m., most buses out of AK to the resorts stop at BB. Before that, you'll need to ask a driver. The driver should radio the coordinator, and the coordinator will say one of 3 things: take the guests to BB; or, tell them to wait at load zone whatever and I'll send a bus; or, tell them to take the bus to AKL and catch the BB bus there. It's entirely up to the coordinator to decide.

From Epcot, I think you will reliably be able to catch a direct bus starting about 1 hour before BB opens. The bus will leave from Load Zone 7, and will be direct but will probably make all stops at Coronado Springs before going to BB. Or, you could exit at the International Gateway between France & UK, and catch a direct bus at the Beach Club or Boardwalk.
