Getting to a restaurant for an early morning ADR

...I am a first timer so please bear with me. I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
We are staying off-site and will be driving to WDW. If I am lucky enough to get pre-park morning breakfast reservations, how long should it take me to get from the WDW parking lot to the restaurant? I have never been to WDW but have heard it takes a long time to get from the parking lot to the park. Are all the parks similar? How much time should I plan for? TIA!

Depending on the time of year you are going, and from what I have gathered, I would plan 45 mins from parking the car to the restaurant if in peak season and 35 in low season for Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom I would say 30 peak and 20 low. Not sure about the other 2 parks as I rarely visit them.

Thank you. We're going late Feb-first week of March. I better not make early reservations then because DH will be cranky if he has to wake up at 6 am on vacation. LOL

its about 30-45 minutes from the time you start walking, get through the gates and get to the restaurant. Tusker House in AK is the furthest away from the gate. I drive all the time and I would say that this takes me 1/2 hour easy in non peak time pre park opening.

Can one drive to the restaurant or do we have to park at the park's parking lot? What about the restaurants at the Disney resorts? Thanks!

The park restaurants are inside the parks so there is no parking lot beside these restaurants other than the park's parking lot. At resort restaurants you can park at the resorts.
