Getting TiW card/discount with AP Voucher?

Hi, I just purchased an AP voucher before prices went up. We will be arriving late on a Friday night, and have ADRs at the Wave for breakfast Saturday. Then going to the parks. I would like to purchase my TiW card to get the discount for breakfast. Anyway I can do this without making a special trip to a park?

You can't purchase a TIW card at a resort. You can buy one only at Guest Services at a park or Downtown Disney. So you'd have to make a run to a park anyway.

You don't have to enter a park - there is a Guest Services located outside each park's gates - but you do need the actual AP, I don't think they'll sell you a card if you have a voucher.

Getting to a park and having an ADR at the Contemporary is probably the easiest thing to do! Just go to MK, go to Guest Services outside the park near the ticket windows (no baggage check, no entry lines), get the AP & TiW, and walk over to the Contemporary! No muss, no fuss.

You have to go to bag check to get to these windows now. I would suggest leaving everything w/ the rest of your party at the boat dock and go thru the no bag line with your AP vouchers and money for TIW card in your pockets if you are in a hurry. You can activate the rest of the party's AP's when you come back to enter the park.

If you are staying at CR you might want to talk to the restaurant manager and explain the situation. You might be able to arrange for a partial refund after you get the card.

Thanks for the info and suggestions. We are staying at SSR. And we have no MK days planned (all F&W all of the time!). Given your replies I think we may just park at Epcot, get the APs and TiW card, and monorail over to CR.

Actually, how late is late? You may still be able to go over to Guest Relations in DTD and get the APs and TiW on Friday night.
