We are planning a trip for Oct 30 -Nov 6. staying at shades of Green. How do I go about booking reservations for shows like the hoop de do? Also for character breakfasts?
What kind of activities do they have for Halloween? My kids are 11 and 7. Thanks

Just call 407-WDW-DINE. For the Hoop, you'll have to leave a credit card number. For most other PS's, you just give your name. If you book breakfast in Cinderella's castle or the Princess breakfast in Norway, you'll also have to leave a credit card. These are sought after meals, so they don't want no-shows. Normal meals can be booked 90 days out, but the Hoop can be booked 2 years out.

As far as Halloween events, the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a special event held 13 times in October at the Magic Kingdom park. There are several threads about it on this board.

Hope this helped!

As Wanna-b-Tink said, call 407-WDW-Dine and they can help you with any PSs you'll want. Here's a link to All Ears Net's dinning section...they've got tons of info on it and menus as well.

There's also tons of threads here with great suggestions to dinning. Character dinning is always a hit w/ kids...DH and I had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare (Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore...etc.) and the food was great and the character interaction was wonderful!

Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast is SUPER DUPER hard to get, but it's an experience your kids would probably enjoy! Having breakfast inside Cinderella's castle (w/ Cinderella, Wendy, Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty...) :lovestruc We had so much fun meeting the all the characters, we didn't really get to enjoy our breakfast! (When you call to make this PS, they take your cc and charge $10 per adult and $5 per child to hold the ressies)

There's just so much dinning choices that planning it is just half the fun! Also try Mickey's Not So Scary Holloween Party, we've never been, but we saw great photos and hear so much about it!

Have fun planning and ENJOY!!!:teeth: :teeth: :teeth:

We booked our luau tickets in mid April for the June 26 show and we had GREAT seats - we were one table from the stage in the lower part of Luau cove. The concierge staff at the Poly booked our tickets, and they said the seats were assigned according to when they were purchased. So buy 'em early.
