Getting tickets early (before package, dont have MBs)

so I have read I can activate, get park tickets 3 days before our package starts. We have the H20 plus option and only really want to do the water park the day before our package starts.


Do I need the magic bands from my package to do this?? The issue is we are from overseas and can only get these by checkin as they dont mail them out.

Or can guest relations give a paper ticket OR use an old MB?
we still have our MBs from last September and the numbers show up in MDE as active.

Also getting tickets early is still only at DTD or the parks guest relations..
but what about the H20 Parks,, do they have guest relations??

You can use your old MB or RFID ticket without issue and can pick up your tickets at either water park.

In the Ticket Sticky (top of this forum), Post 15-I is about picking up package tickets early. I have printed a few relevant paragraphs here:

15-I. Picking up Package Tickets Prior To Start Of Package
In cases where Walt Disney World Resort Guests would like to begin using their Package Tickets prior to the day of check-in (up to three days in advance), the Guests will be directed to visit any Theme Park or DTD Guest Relations location and request Early Ticket Pick-Up. (Note this cannot be done at a water park.)

It is only valid for people with packages at a Walt Disney World owned and operated Resort. You can be staying off-property at the time you pick up the tickets. Note that if you have a package which includes Dining, although you can pick up your tickets early you cannot get access to the Dining until you have actually checked in to your Resort.

Oh thanks. Does anyone know what time guest relations opens in the AM?? Has the DtD one moved due to construction??

1. Outside the theme parks and water parks, about 30 minutes before guests are admitted, and that includes for early ADR's and AM EMH hours.

At DTD, Marketplace: Guest Relations: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Sunday - Thursday; 8:30 a.m. to midnight Friday - Saturday.

At DTD, West Side: Guest Relations is open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday - Thursday; 9 a.m. to midnight Friday - Saturday.

2. DTD has 2 GR/Ticket locations. Neither has been moved.
