Hi everyone. We are about to embark on our very first Disney cruise coming up on 2/5. We leave for the parks on 1/31 so I'm doing all of my packing now. It's a bit overwhelming packing for a 5 night stay at WDW then a 4 night stay on the Dream:scared1:

We will be making a grocery stop on our way to the cruise and wanted to know some recommendations of things I should bring. We plan on getting some wine but not sure what else I'll need. Thoughts:confused3

Also, any last minute packing advice for me? I've already packed my shoe organizer, clips for the curtains, night light for the bathroom, a power strip... we've never cruised at all so we really have no idea what to expect!

Oh, and one other concern... since we'll be coming from a 5 night stay at WDW, we are going to have 4 full sized suitcases. Is there going to be somewhere to store those in our cabin? I never even thought about that!!

Thanks for any tips you can offer this cruise newbie:cutie:

You won't really need to purchase any food to take for the cruise. The food is included and plentiful. We usually take along movie candy (much cheaper than purchasing onboard).

My packing advice is always: Layout everything you think you'll need and pack 1/2 of it. I found on our first cruise, I came home with stuff that never got worn/used.

You can store luggage under the beds. Sometimes the frame of the bed may be lower than your bag is high, just lift the foot of the bed and slide in futher under, since the center of the bed is higher.

First - take a deep breath! You're going to have a great trip~

One thing to keep in mind is that you can do laundry on the ship. I know that doesn't sound like much fun on vacation but it will help reduce the amount of clothes that you pack. :laundy:
