I love him more than anything in this world and my favorite days of the week are when he's off of work.
But he makes me larger.
I cook when he's home...and ya'll, I am a pretty good cook. Part of the reason we don't eat out much (fast food maybe once a week and sit-down once a week) besides the fact that we are saving for Disney, is that I can cook pretty much anything I like at a restaurant at home (except steak...I don't have steak down yet).
What's not fair is that he is still pretty fit (and handsome) and I don't think I've ever weighed less than him (and I used to be a size 6/8) because he was REALLY skinny when we started dating.
He only worked one full day last week so of course I didn't lose. He has worked every day so far this week and I'm already down 2 lbs. So there you go. If I want to lose weight, I have to send my husband away.![]()
Maybe you could try some new FABULOUS low cal recipes-? I love reading through women's health, men's health, real simple, runners world etc... Magazines have some great healthy recipes that taste good! You could try introducing one at a time between your usual meals to start. Who knows? It could be a winner!
Our favorite super-tasty go-to it tilapia baked in parchment paper in the over accompanied by roasted broccoli- YUM O!!!!

I feel you pain.
You have got this steady weight loss thing DOWN!! Good job. And I hope those hunger pains dissolve quick, fast and in a hurry.
Emily had a Geometry project to finish this evening and I had to help a little with that also. She chose something she "thought" would be simple and it ended up being much more complicated than she anticipated. lol. But, with some ingenuity and an extra pair of hands she got it done. Don't you just love school??
Isn't how that usually goes...you start something you think will be uncomplicated and don't find out 'til your knee-deep in it that it's not so simple. I'm sorry you can't indulge in sit-down meals on your trip. Do you at least have some CS that you can look forward to? I swear, Sunshine Seasons is one of my most anticipated meals of the entire trip...since 2006!!
I cannot wait to go during that time again.

I also started back on Paleo. I foolishly thought that I could add dairy and grains back in, but after 2 months of me feeling
I decided Paleo it is. I feel really good doing it. So, back to grass fed meat (eggs are from hens that are grass fed too, no grain fed chickens for me), no grains, no legumes, no dairy (well, maybe some ghee or organic butter occassionally). Lots and lots of veggies. Not a ton of fruit. Mostly veggies with meat. Yesterday was my first 100% Paleo day. I made venison with mashed butternut squash. Today is an open house at the high school, so no work out.
. BTW...way to get that +5 off of your T!!!
