Somebody in my neighborhood is burning in their fireplace. I don't begrudge them that, but I am allergic to most wood smoke and when my dogs come in from outside Eragon's fur is absolutely saturated with it. It is a horrid smell and really burns my throat. Erie has long fur and it just stays there for awhile. It typically takes half an hour to an hour for the smell to work its way out. Is there anything I can do to hasten this process that won't be harmful to Erie?
