Getting ready to make ADRs next Sunday. What am I missing?

My wife and I are taking our three boys (8, 5, and 3) in August for a ten-day WDW trip. We have annual passes and DVC, so we will be in the parks every day, but likely not rope drop to close due to the heat and having small kids. We will be at the Poly for the first seven nights and AKV-Kidani for final two nights. My parents will also be joining us for five nights when we are at the Poly. Our park schedule is currently as follows:
08/03 - MK in the evening for dinner and a few rides
08/04 - MK
08/05 - DHS
08/06 - MK
08/07 - EPCOT w/ extended hours
08/08 - EPCOT
08/09 - MK w/ extended hours
08/10 - AK
08/11 - MK
08/12 - AK in the morning

Our ADR priority list is currently 'Ohana (breakfast), Crystal Palace (lunch or dinner), Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Sanaa, Skipper Canteen, Liberty Tree Tavern, Rose & Crown, and Tusker House. We are revisiting the idea of Sci-Fi at DHS since our middle son loves old monster movies. On our list, it's really just 'Ohana and Crystal Palace that are musts if we can get them. My parents have already said they would pass on Skipper Canteen. I'm not sure how to balance the August heat and TS providing respite from the heat via A/C, versus QS and saving more time for rides.
,
For QS, we are aiming for Docking Bay 7 and/or Ronto Roasters, Satu'li Canteen, Columbia Harbour House, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, Yorkshire County, and Casey's Corner or Lunching Pad.

Lastly, we ate at BOG, Liberty Tree, and Chef Mickey's in April 2022.

Are there any places I'm missing or overlooking?

Thank you!

We are going later in August and will be spending 5 days in the parks. We plan to do breakfast at Hollywood and Vine but every other park day we will only have a table service lunch to get out of the heat.

Our desired reservations are very similar to you.

On our arrival and departure day and on our free day we hope to make reservations at the 3 monorail resorts. We are staying at BLT.

I recommend Boma breakfast and dinner. Also, in place of Sci Fi do 50’s PTC. The wait staff make it a fun experience and the food is great. At SF you only get little movie clips and it is dark and you are in cars which is hard to talk to the others in your group and we did not find the food that great.

Sci fi is the only must for our family. My husband calls it "the dark, cool oasis in the concrete desert" so I say go for that one. :) Sitting in the dim light not really having to interact is bliss among the overstimulation of Disney and really recharges us.
The other place we loved was Via Napoli.
We did 10 days last summer and I actually found myself wishing I had booked a few more table service restaurants but we only did 5 over the 10 days. You list sounds perfect, numbers wise. We are doing 8 days this August and the only days we won't book a table service are when we are at AK since we love so much quick service there.

Another vote for Boma while you are at AKL!
If your kids like characters, I think Tusker House at AK is the best character meal on property, and would prioritize that one.
For other AK, churros or snacks on the nomad lounge porch are a must do for us. If you need QS in AK and are closer to Asia, the Yak &Yeti QS has great options. Harambe is often overlooked as well, and has mobile order.

In HS Backlot Express is often overlooked and provides nice cool respite. My now adult kids still demand Sci Fi. It is hard to get, and a reservation finder helps.

In MK, since you are spending so many days there, don’t overlook Captain Cooks where you will be staying, and Geyser Point at WL. Another lower price point TS would be whispering canyon. Or take the monorail for a cool break to Epcot and get better food there, if you have hoppers. You can mobile order at the fort wilderness QS for a fun field trip. In MK itself , Pinnochio Haus overlooks IASW, and the flatbreads go from decent to passable. Sleepy Hollow has corn dogs, fries and chicken waffle sandwiches. Both those have mobile order.

Epcot, in Future World, whatever called now, Sunshine season is often overlooked for QS, and it is quicker to get to than going to World Showcase. San Angel is a must do for my family to eat by the river. The Mexico QS has pretty good options, in shade. Biergarten is another TS that keeps kids entertained. Les Halles has ferocious lines at peak hours with little seating. If you are desperate for food and shade, Regal Eagle has mobile order and air conditioned seating.

With going to EPCOT twice, I’d definitely go to The Garden Grill in The Land - your kids are a great age for this restaurant. I love it there - it’s my favorite restaurant at WDW.

Thank you all so much for the ideas! I'm going to discuss these tonight with my wife. Thanks again!
