Getting ready for our cruise

We cruise on Disney Magic again next month, having a DISmeet with approx 140 joined up so far. Load of people celebrating things, One couple will be on their Honeymoon and another couple celebrating there 20th Anninversay(we will be also) they will be in the Walt Disney suite and have invited us all around for lunch one day.
Just thought I would post pics of the cabin door decorations we have been making last few weeks, hopefully people will know its our cabin with all this on. might be too much stuff but we can rotate them.
DMIL is making us a Fish Extender, just waiting for things delivering from US. Will post pics when thats ready.

well at the very least a live Trip Report is a must must must, so that we can live vicariously!!

I will be posting most evening hopefully but will see what type of connection we get. Struggled at AKL last year, could only use 1 laptop between 3 of us, wireless router would not work for some reason, will try again this trip at OKW, if we can get 2 laptops to connect I will get more airtime.
Need to let you all know what I think of OKW and DDP.

I am just in the process of doing mine for our first 4 nighter on the Wonder
This is proving a bit difficult, trying to keep the surprise from DD. She thinks that we are cutting the holiday short, due to the credit crunch, and that we are going to spend the last day over on the space coast.
I will tell her when the ship appears into view
Since we will be there the same time, I will keep a look out for you we may bump into each other

i hope you like OKW - we have when we've stayed there (in a HUGE 2 BR)..

we'll actually be at WDW right after you i think...we arrive aug 31...but we'll be roughing it....pop century....also with free dining....so i'll let you know how that goes.....(i bought it through the states, so it's the regular dining, including table service)..

we'll be there for 2 weeks - i can't believe it, but it's my first trip there in almost 2 years

i still don't know how i'm going to get on the plane..i'm so afraid of flying these days...

You arrive day we leave, flight leaves at 4:01pm from Tampa on 31st.
Not a good fear to have. My Brother used to be terrified of flying, went on some course and cured him.

What on earth (or sea!) is a fish extender?

I've heard of seafood extender (on Kath& Kim) but I assume it's not the same thing!

I have worked in the aircraft industry for 37 years, the built in safety factors are way beyond requirements
I am more nervous travelling in a car (especially when DW is at the wheel !!!)

Outside every cabin is a fish, people hang FE onto the fish with pockets in so others on the cruise can leave you gifts, there are 17 families incl about 40 children participating in our FE gift exchange.

I took some from that site as used as they were, some I took and added our names, dates comments. Others I made myself, The long one with itinery and movable ship Matt made in Fireworks, programe he has for school.
There are a few threads on cruise forum for making magnets, they are really helpful.

I also found the link to these (and a few others) a few weeks ago from the cruise forum. I have been busy over the weekend creating with Photoshop. Hopefully, printing them tomorrow when DD is at school

well i always do get on the plane, but i'd be so much happier if it were a ship....or better yet, if i lived closer...orlando would be good...

Almost we are next door 5022. Always try get one of these, best value cabins aboard IMO.
