Getting park tickets not from WDW..fp+ ?

If you buy park tickets from AAA or Undercover tourist, when can you book fp+?

60 days if staying at a Disney hotel..30 days otherwise..no different than anyone else with tickets

I'm not sure about AAA, but with UT you can order e-tickets and be able to book your fast passes as soon as your order is processed (assuming you are within your booking window.)
