Getting nervous about our Table of 6 ADR's...

I made ADRs at 180 days out back in february for our trip in august for 6 people. I was able to get every ADR on the days I wanted within an hour of my preferred time. I got CRT, BOG, Ohana, HDD, Sci Fi, Garden Grill, Homecomin, Tusker House (later switched to Rivers of Light package when it came available), Crystal Palace, TREX, Trail's End, and Raglan Road, all dinners. Also got BOG pre- park opening breakfast and lunch and Bon Voyage breakfast when it came out. Your mileage may vary, but it is very possible to get what you want with a group of 6 if you are up at 6 am. Good luck!

We are a family of 6 and we got all our reservations when we went in March 2014. Our next trio is October 2017 - and now we are a party of 11 - got everything but Be Our Guest.

I booked our ADRs for a party of 12 back in October. We got everything we wanted including a few popular places.

Last trip 2014 last week of October for 7 people we had Akershus Chef Mickey Be our Guest and Le cellier. At the tome those were "hard to get" restaurants. Maybe not akershus. Anyway give it a try good luck! (I am worried about tables of 10 for Dec 30-jan 9. At BOG CM and Akershus

We were a party of 8 for part of our last trip and 10 for part of it. We got CRT and BOG dinners for 8 people (2 in our group are local and don't always eat with us) and H&V, Boathouse and Via Napoli for 10 people.

Depending on where you're eating and when you're going you should be fine with 6! And if not, keep checking. On another trip I got a reservation for 8 people on NYE at Le Cellier that opened up the week before!

If you book your ADR's in the order of difficulty you should be fine. If you want BOG, plan that one out as late in the trip as possible, and book it first. I have booked for 9 people and have not had any problems with the exception of BOG. It was not a deal breaker for us, but it amy be one on your list. 'Ohana may be another you want to book first.

I booked for 7 6 months out (though a bit past our 180 day-mark) and it went fine. I figure the bigger the group, the less organized, and the less likely to make all their reservations so early. All the better for us advance planners.

I booked Thanksgiving week for a party of 14 and was able to get BOG, Ohana on Thanksgiving and Sci-Fi. Don't loose hope.

I sure hope 6 is not a problem as I'll be booking for 10 when our ADR window opens in November. One thing I've done out of curiosity is go on MDE on any given day at 6:00 am just to see what is currently available at 180 days out. Good luck!

I booked for six at our 180-day mark earlier this month. We didn't get Be Our Guest dinner, but got everything else, including Chef Mickey and Ohana. (And did get a pre-park-opening BOG breakfast.) Good luck!

We are a family of 6 and usually go with a party of 8 or 10 and never have a problem. Sanaa - I had to call with a party of 10 but otherwise didn't have a problem anywhere else.

We are trying for some difficult ones: Akershus dinner, BOG lunch, Crystal Palace dinner....

This is our first trip in almost 3 years, so I feel a bit out of trip prep training!! I do plan to be at my computer & ready to click at 6am!

We are renting DVC points. Just to clarify....I can still book all of my ADR's of our trip at the 180 mark, right?

Regarding BOG lunch - I found that a pretty easy get for 5 people around Halloween. I think lunch is much easier than breakfast or dinner.

Go to your difficult ones first. Ohana was our difficult one, except it wasn't! Got exactly what we wanted.
