Getting Nervous about GardenGrocer.com

Would you worry?
I placed an order Sunday evening for delivery to OKW on Aug 14.

I got a confirmation e-mail. On Tuesday I decided to call b/c I chose COD and I wanted to verify (Monday was a very busy day, I had no time to call)
I got voicemail, and left a message with my cell phone number. I never got a return call.
So I called again yesterday, same thing, I left a message, and received no return call.

Does this sound odd?
Shouldn't they have at least returned my call after the 2nd message?
 
We used Gardengrocer in March. They were great...no problems at all. I only communicate via email....they were pretty quick to respond. I would worry..shoot them and email. I pre-paid for groceries and they were waiting at bell services when I checked in......it will be ok....

When you call, you need to chose option "1" or it will go to voicemail.

I would call back, chose option "1" and you should be able to speak to someone (probably Brian).

We used them in March and are using them again this weekend. I placed my order Tuesday, Brian called yesterday a.m. and left a message and I called him back, chosing option 1, and he answered rather quickly.
 
These are good things to read! We have 11 people depending on their service during our trip that is so soon :)

PS. Last night when we were having trouble with placing the order, my DSis called twice and did get to talk to someone each time.
 

We just placed an order for delivery on 8/19 because of all the good feedback we read on the DIS. Hope all goes well.

I hadn't pressed 1 because it sounded like that was the line for urgent issues.
I will call back first thing tomorrow morning, press 1, and hopefully have my mind put at ease.
