Getting Key to the World card

We're staying offsite. 4 of us have magic bands from previous trips. But it's the first trip for DS3, so he has no magic band or admission card. The tickets are all linked in MDE.

Is there anyway to get him a card before we go or do we have to spend time at guest relations our first day? MK is our first day.

they have different kiosks spread around the park for that. My youngest son lost his MB at epcot, found one of those kiosks and they issued him a card right away. it was fast

Unfortunately, I think you will need to either stop at GS outside of the MK (to the right of the turnstiles) to get a card, or use your phone with Apple Pay/Google Pay at the point where you tap in. The phone method can be hit or miss.

You can go to any ticket booth or GR office outside the first park you enter - and there are ticket booths at the TTC, since MK is your first park (the TTC is where you'll park if driving and also where you'll be dropped off if using an offsite hotel shuttle or rideshare). I've also read that the CMs at the park entry tapstiles can issue a ticket card, but I don't have any direct experience with that (in case it's changed). You can also visit the Official Ticket Center in Disney Springs, just in case you're going there the day/evening before your first park day.
