Getting into Windsor Palms

I have a question. We have a large family group going to WDW June 12-20, and we've booked 3 homes in Windsor Palms to stay in. We're going to take 9 vehicles (don't ask why) but we aren't planning on trying to stay together on the road during the drive down. It would simply be too much of a hassle. My wife and I plan to arrive first as all the bookings are in our name. My question is how do I get the other 8 vehicles through the guard gate? Will they just tell they guard they are staying and be able to drive through, or will I need to provide a list all the license tags? Thanks!

We had only two vehicles in December, and I left my brother's name with the gatehouse. He received his own window pass, so could move in and out without us being there.

I can't imagine 9 vehicles, though. I hope your stay is as memorable as ours was!

Thanks for the replies! I called the number Steve gave and the person I spoke with said that each vehicle needed to identify who was in the car and where they were staying and the guard would issue a pass. There was no need for me to be there to meet them! This is great! Thanks for helping!
