First time staying at BC. I see I can walk into the World Showcase side of Epcot from there. What about if we want to go to Futureworld when it opens at 9 but WS isn't open until 11? Do they still let you in that way and you just walk past all the stuff and it is closed?

Thanks!

Yep. The International Gateway entrance will be open. The bridge over to France is roped off, but you just make a left a proceed past the UK toward Future World.

Being able to use that entrance is one of my favorite things about staying in that area.

You can get to France in the morning as the Bakery there is now open for breakfast.

Until 11:00 AM,there will be ropes between Norway and China and between France and Morocco.:)

The only things open in World Showcase until 11:00 are Akershus and part of The Puffin's Roost in Norway,Les Halles in France and World Traveler at the International Gateway.

It is a great time to take pictures in France,United Kingdom,Canada.Mexico and Norway.:)

I also enjoy just sitting in the area of the UK where British Revolution plays-it is so quiet and peaceful back there from 9:00-11:00.:)

Good to know. I've felt that good breakfast options at EP have been seriously lacking. I can only eat so much Sunshine Seasons. We'll definitely have to try this in June.

A quiet breakfast in France was just the ticket for a solo excursion one day. I walked over from the Yacht Club and enjoyed my chocolate croissant at an outside table enjoying the scenery :) It was peaceful... and delicious!

We did rope drop at the Internat. Gateway last Wed and it worked great. We got there about 8:45, by 8:55 there were about 20 - 30 people at most in line. Security started letting us in and walking through at 8:55. They were really nice there. We headed straight to TT, we were not the first people there but there was almost no queuing and we were done and out by 9:20ish so we jumped back in line which was then a 20 min listed wait but more like 10-15. So we actually rode TT twice by 9:45. We had FP+ for MS (which we didn't need the wait was only 10 min at 10am), then for Soaring and Living with Land. Made a 4th FP for Spaceship Earth later after lunch.
