Getting in early for Akershus adr

Has anyone gotten in earlier at a Princess Storybook meal in Norway? Our lunch is scheduled very late and I wondered if it would be possible to go by there when lunch started and see if we could be seated earlier.

I have tried in vain to get an earlier adr and they are completely booked on both our Epcot days. I am still planning to call several times a day till we leave, though!

I haven't eaten in Norway since they changed it to a character themed restaurant, but I'm usually at that pavillion for some reason when lunch starts and it's a mob scene. Tons of people waiting to get in. All I can say is - give it a shot, if you can get through the crowd, and see if they'll take you. If they say no, ask them what time would be best to come back and ask again. At other locations, when I've asked this question, they've been quite specific about what time would be best to come back and try again. And it's usually been very accurate.
