I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or not...but what is the best way to get from Typhoon Lagoon to Downtown Disney? I assume there probably isn't a bus that goes directly there. Thanks!

Resort busses usually stop at Typhoon Lagoon on their way to Downtown Disney. I just can't remember which direction. You can also catch the Saratoga Springs bus and just walk, boat, or catch bus to DD.

After a long day at Typhoon Lagoon (if your staying the day) I would catch a bus to Saratoga Springs then either take a boat or a bus. Walking isn't that bad, but you want to have a small break before walking all around Downtown Disney

Thanks for your help! We like to eat at Wolfgang Puck Express for lunch one day and thought the Typhoon Lagoon morning would be a good choice. We'll do the SSR bus :)

In the mornings they 1st to Typhoon Lagoon and 2nd to Downtown Disney. However sometime in the afternoon they switch and 1st go to Downtown Disney and 2nd to Typhoon Lagoon.

thanks for that info!

we're staying at French Quarter and my kids don't get ready till around noon.

I'd love to take the boat to DD then the bus to Typhoon.

Wonder who to call to find out when they make the switch in drop off order?

There isn't. If you want to take a bus you have to transfer at a resort. Saratoga Springs is the closest. But I did it this summer and we lost a lot of time waiting for buses. I suggest taking a cab. It's not very far. Not sure how much it cost, but can't be alot. I wish we had.

Sometime between 10:30 & 11:30. If you're at DTD after 11, you'll have no trouble finding a bus that'll be stopping at TL on the way out. If it's close to the switch over time, just ask the driver to make sure it isn't going to the resort first.

How long did it take you to catch a bus from Typhoon Lagoon to Saratoga Springs? We are picking up a rental car at the Wyndham near DTD, so the plan is to catch the bus to Saratoga Springs, and walk over to the Wyndham. Not sure how much time to allot for waiting on the bus.
