Getting from the Swan to the Polynesian without going through Epcot?

We will need to get from the Swan to the Polynesian without going through Epcot.
Is there a way to get to the monorail at Epcot and go to TTC? Path or bus?
We will not have a park ticket for that day.

walk or take the boat from the swan/dolphin to HS, then get the bus to Epcot.
