getting from the boardwalk to Pop?

After Epcot closes our plan is to take the boat from the international gateway over to the Boardwalk to spend some time. My question is would there be disney transportation back to Pop? or do we need to go over to Disney springs to catch a bus back to our resort from there? Thanks!

You have to get to a park or DS to get back to Pop using Disney transportation.
We always use Uber/Lyft to go resort to resort
